PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. SCOPE OF PARTNERSHIP
The Carrier hereby appoints Routehaul High Desert Logistics Partners ("Partner") as their authorized Independent Logistics Partner. This agreement authorizes the Partner to provide professional dispatching services, including negotiating freight, executing Broker-Carrier agreements, and signing Rate Confirmations in the Carrier’s name.
2. COMMISSION PROTOCOL
All partnerships begin at a 10% Commission (except for the initial two loads of a verified 'Rescue'). Graduation to the 8% Western Elite Rate is automatic based on the following authority status and adherence to regional routing protocols:
STANDARD / EXPERT: First three (3) 100% Free loads, 10% commission for loads 4–6 Performance Trial. Automatic drop to 8% on load 7.
RE-ENTRY AUTHORITY (<3 Violations): First two (2) 100% Free loads then 10% commission for a 14-Day Probationary Period focused on Western corridor compliance. Automatic drop to 8% on Day 15.
NEW AUTHORITY (<6 Months Active): First two (2) 100% Free loads then 10% commission for a 30-Day Safety Fast-Track, prioritizing high-efficiency regional lanes. Automatic drop to 8% on Day 31.(Subject to change early based on performance.)
RESCUE PROGRAM: 0% commission for the first four (4) loads, we know mechanical failure is expensive, followed by the 4-load Performance Trial at 10% while we stabilize your regional rotation, then transitioning to 8%. Long term partners will receive two (2) Zero commission loads for reoccurring mechanical failure, however, there will be temporary rate change to 10% for three (3) loads. To qualify for this program we must receive a verified paid invoice/receipt, (estimates are not accepted) with the name of the business and phone number.

3. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR RATE REDUCTION
To qualify for the automatic rate drop to 8%, the Carrier must maintain:
Safety Standards: Zero (0) new roadside or moving violations during the probationary period.
Operational Integrity: 100% Compliance with the Routehaul 4-Point Load Integrity Protocol (Photo verification of securement, seals, and paperwork).
Regional Optimization: Adherence to Grade-Adjusted routing recommendations to ensure equipment longevity and fuel efficiency.
Note: Failure to meet these standards may result in an extension of the 10% rate or termination of service.
4. AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT & TERMINATION
Carrier acknowledges that if no written notice of termination is provided by the end of the initial trial period (7, 14, or 30 days), we will assume you wish to continue our partnership and will automatically enroll you into your respective 8% Western Elite path as a long-term partner.
Following the trial, a written notice is required for termination by either party to ensure the orderly transition of scheduled freight to cancellation. This protocol is designed to foster a professional environment and stops continuous unnecessary calling and annoyances by either party, allowing us to focus entirely on your fleet's growth.
The RouteHaul 4-Point Load Integrity Protocol
To maintain our 8% Western Elite Rate, we ask our partners to adhere to a simple, high-standard communication and safety protocol. This ensures that every load is protected and every broker remains eager to work with your company.
1. Securement & Seal Verification
Before rolling, we require photo verification of your load securement (straps/chains/dunnage) or your trailer seal. This protects you from false claims and ensures the cargo is safe for the Western grades.
2. Digital Paperwork Submission
Consistency is key to getting paid fast. We require a clear, digital copy of your signed Bill of Lading (BOL) at pickup and delivery. This allows us to handle your invoicing and paperwork while you focus on the road.
3. Check-Call Compliance
We respect your focus, but communication is our currency. Our partners agree to provide "Loaded," "En Route," and "Empty" status updates. This proactive approach allows us to fight for detention or layover pay before you even leave the facility.
4. Route Integrity (Grade-Adjusted)
Our Grade-Adjusted Routing is designed to save your fuel and equipment. Following the optimized Western corridor path we provide ensures you aren't putting unnecessary stress on your truck—and that you're hitting your delivery windows safely.
