ROUTEHAUL PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT To provide national logistics management and freight procurement, Routehaul High Desert Logistics Partners ("Routehaul") collects the following information from Carriers:

  • Identifying Data: MC/USDOT numbers, Legal Business Name, and Employer Identification Numbers (EIN).

  • Compliance Data: Insurance certificates (COI), W-9 forms, and safety rating history.

  • Operational Data: Driver names, phone numbers, and Load Integrity Photos (pre- and post-trip cargo verification).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION Your data is used strictly for the purpose of executing the professional logistics services requested:

  • To vet your authority with national brokerages and shippers.

  • To execute Broker-Carrier agreements via Limited Power of Attorney.

  • To verify "Rescue" eligibility through submitted repair/tow invoices.

  • To manage the 7-day Performance Trial and transition to standard rates.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES We do not sell or lease carrier data to third-party marketers. Your information is shared only with the following entities to facilitate freight movement:

  • Brokers and Shippers: For the purpose of securing Rate Confirmations and tenders.

  • Factoring Companies: To ensure proper payment processing and commission deductions.

  • Legal Entities: When required by law or to protect the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County.

4. DATA SECURITY & THE LOAD INTEGRITY PROTOCOL Photos submitted as part of our Load Integrity Protocol are stored securely as a liability shield for both Routehaul and the Carrier. These images are retained for a period of twelve (12) months to defend against fraudulent cargo claims.

5. CONSENT & AUTOMATIC TRANSITION By submitting your information through this website, you consent to be contacted via text, email, or phone regarding load opportunities. You acknowledge that if you do not opt-out during the 7-day Performance Trial, your data will continue to be managed under our Standard Professional Rates.

6. YOUR RIGHTS Carriers may request a copy of their stored compliance data or ask for the deletion of their profile upon the termination of the 7-day notice period, subject to record-keeping requirements for completed loads.
